Here's a good reason to visit Europe.  This thing has a grass roof and 1000 windows, no two of which are the same.  I'm sure the roof is not open to tourists. 

In any case, the architect reminds me of a modern-day Gaudi.

I remember seeing a couple of his buildings when I was in Vienna for a weekend in 2000 - I didn't realize he was either still alive then or had just died! I thought he had died mid-century, and was a contemporary of Gaudi, until this post of yours.

I'm hoping that with computer-assisted fabrication, this sort of thing will become cheaper to design and build because large numbers of custom, unique components can be easily handled. So we could see more of this kind of thing. I noticed that Stanford's Bio-X building courtyard employs this sort of smooth curvature.
