I thought I had seen all the videos from the tsunami in 2004... this one is different though. It's the only one I've seen that truly shows the scale and power of these geologic forces.

(it's 15 minutes long but the wave hits between 2:00 and 3:30... it's also very graphic so beware)
It's stunning... you see a block of water 20 feet high just slam in and obliterate an entire harbor. It's not even a wall of water like a regular wave... the "wall" is hundreds of feet thick, and it just smashes in.
Some poor kid just stood there with his boogie board as it obliterated him. I don't know what was going through his mind, but it seems he was just too scared to move.
