[travel] 10,000 pictures!

My 10,000th picture:  (Brighton Pier, UK.  Ruins of a Victorian-era pleasure pier.  The wide angle distorted my face a bit.)



It's been a long trip.  I have ambitious plans to hide in my room for a couple of days and pick out the 1000-2000 interesting ones.  Then I will tag them, and not just by location.  I want to create collections that let you see patterns across the world.

Ah, okay -- a Seattle-based friend of mine will be passing through London on Sunday but really won't be able to leave the city. He's someone you should meet, so I'll just have to make that happen next time he blows through the bay area (which is often).
