Today I met a couple more nice people... a taxi driver and the lonely guard to the most beautiful (and _completely_ unvisited) tomb, Sennefer.
My theory is that people do not visit Sennefer because it is small and requires a long hike up a ravine to get there... thus, tour groups skip it entirely. There are very few independent travelers out here.
I usually sell fruit, nuts, and half-consumed bottles of water. I totally should start handing out condoms, though I don't think I can buy them here except for exorbitant prices. Must conserve. Every sperm(-blocking device) is sacred. :-)
