Do you have access to scholarly journals? Go to googlescholar and look for "foreign aid corruption" and you will get a lot of literature. Look for a ranking of top polisci and econ journals, then read whatever results you get from the top journals and the works that cite them. You can also get at the literature by looking for work on corruption and each specific major aid agency. This isn't quite on topic, but you would enjoy Robert Bates' "States and Markets in Tropical Africa".
