I found personal tracking to be extremely effective in addressing a set of diffuse conditions I once had - low energy, and weak immune system (as evidenced by common occurrences of colds, bladder, and yeast infections).

By doing the allergy elimination diet, a form of diet tracking that you also tried, I identified strong connections between what I ate, how often I ate, and how I felt.

Eliminating the items that made me feel bad and improving my regularly of eating plus not skipping meals made a huge impact in my energy level. And I very rarely get sick or have to visit the doctor for the routine things I once experienced.
