About a year ago, I first posted about the schools experimenting with Dance Dance Revolution in order to get students to exercise more in PE. Looks like things are going well.

From the Journal of Obvious Results:

"In a study last year, researchers from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., found that children playing Dance Dance Revolution expended significantly more energy than children watching television and playing traditional video games."

Here's a photographer who's devoted himself to capturing the early days of Earth through photographs of modern day nature. He refuses to do any staging or photoshopping, so he works extremely hard (and travels far) to find scenes that could have been from millions of years ago. The images are incredible.
